Our Experience: Our experience with designing portable structures began in southern British Columbia at MiniBuilt Structures in 2016. We have worked closely with structural engineers, civil building inspectors, 3rd party factory quality control companies, truss design and manufacturing, as well as 3DCAD design. We are now offering our expertise to the US shed manufacturing industry.
Our Process: We start with as-built drawings based on whatever dimensions, documentation, and photographs you are able to provide us. We then create 2D and 3D architectural designs which may then be transformed into various products. 
1)	Shop Drawings are 2D production drawings for the cutting and framing crew. PDF files are provided as the default file format. Paper prints are available for a fee. Quick turnaround time. With multiple sizes, cost typically starts at $100 per style per building size. Includes 1 revision.
2)	Permit Plan Sets are multi-page documents which include floorplans, elevations, cross sections, and construction details. You may need to provide these when your buyer is required to get a permit to place the shed. PDF files are provided as the default file format. Paper prints are available for a fee. Quick turnaround time. With multiple sizes, cost typically starts at $200 per style per building size. Includes 1 revision.
3)	Engineer certification and stamping is possible on Permit Plan Sets. Your structural design and intended installation location is submitted to our engineer for snow and wind load calculations. PDF files are provided as the default file format. Paper prints are available for a fee. Expect design fees to start at $500 per style per section width. More complex designs equals more cost. Includes 1 revision.
4)	Renderings are 3D realistic images of structures that are accurate in size and style and will closely resemble the finished product. These may be useful for marketing purposes. Cost is based on other design services. Includes 1 revision.
5)	3D Design Program with Complete Library of Buildings. This is an in-house powerful option giving you the flexibility you need to meet the immediate demands of your shed market.
