I am a registered architect and sole proprietor of MCKIM Architectural Atelier, a boutique luxury residential and stock plans practice where I author and publish pre-designed plans in addition to providing custom/site specific designs.  Through an affiliation with Middleton Structural & Design of Monticello, Georgia, I provide services in AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, HI, ID, MN, MT, NM, NV, NY, OR, PA, SC, TN, TX, UT, WA and WY.  I also provide stock plans for Master Planned Community clubhouses, gatehouses, and community schools to qualified land developers.  As a member of the ICAA (Institute of Classical Architecture & Arts), I primarily practice New Classical Architecture and hold to strict guidelines of traditional forms, proportions, detailing, and aesthetics.
