This project was born in the process of creating a contemporary design that could sit comfortably with landscape on a small portion of land. I took into cognizance the size of the spaces as well as the relationship between the spaces so as to minimize traffic or having to stress before getting to another space in the building. The project maximizes natural lighting and ventilation to alleviate energy consumption in the building. The edifice of the building was given a modern and a touch of minimalism.
