Berkeley Elevation A (full porch)
A wonderful craftsman style home with generous space. The foyer and family room are two story’s tall, allowing a breath taking view of the catwalk on the second floor. The master bedroom of the Berkeley house plan is located on the main floor and an additional 3 bedrooms are on the second floor. A bonus room over the garage provides additional space for a media room, play room, or office space in this craftsman house plans design.
This home design has two elevation options and each is sold separately. Both elevation designs come complete with it’s own set of construction documents.

Kirya J. Duncan is the principal Building Designer and founder of Design Evolutions Inc., GA. A native of Natchez, Mississippi where he graduated from North Natchez High School in 1989. After high school, Kirya attended Hinds Community College, in Raymond Mississippi. There, he studied Architectural Drafting and Design Technology at Hinds Community College, in Raymond Mississippi. The following year, Kirya transferred to the University of Southern Mississippi (Hattiesburg, MS) and majored in Architectural Engineering. In August of 1995, Kirya moved to Atlanta, Georgia. He worked in the residential design field for nearly four years. During that time, he worked on custom homes for clients that included fortune 500 company executives, music entertainers (Kelly Price, Rozonda “Chilli” Thomas) and pro athletes. Kirya has over 20 years of experience in the field of residential design and planning. After four years of gaining work knowledge, Kirya started Design Evolutions Inc., GA as a result of that experience. It has been over two decades and we are still producing quality stock plans and custom home designs. We look forward to producing design work many more years into the future.
