The Braylon house plan is spacious mountain home design. The floor plan is an open concept design, which makes it easy to entertain family and friends.
Upon entering the home, there is a formal dining room located to the left of the foyer. It is defined by floor to ceiling columns which separate it from the foyer and family room. Opposite the dining space is a hall leading to a hall bath that is shared by bedrooms 2 and 3. Each room has a generous walk-in closet. Beyond the foyer you will enter the family room. This space has a back wall fireplace and the ceiling vaults to add vertical visual space. Additionally, this room flows freely into the kitchen with a center island and breakfast area.
The Braylon master bedroom is accessible from the rear of the family room. The sleeping area has a double tray ceiling, while the suite is equipped with a bath that has a separate tub and shower. Moreover, a large closet provides plenty of space for his and hers wardrobe.

Kirya J. Duncan is the principal Building Designer and founder of Design Evolutions Inc., GA. A native of Natchez, Mississippi where he graduated from North Natchez High School in 1989. After high school, Kirya attended Hinds Community College, in Raymond Mississippi. There, he studied Architectural Drafting and Design Technology at Hinds Community College, in Raymond Mississippi. The following year, Kirya transferred to the University of Southern Mississippi (Hattiesburg, MS) and majored in Architectural Engineering. In August of 1995, Kirya moved to Atlanta, Georgia. He worked in the residential design field for nearly four years. During that time, he worked on custom homes for clients that included fortune 500 company executives, music entertainers (Kelly Price, Rozonda “Chilli” Thomas) and pro athletes. Kirya has over 20 years of experience in the field of residential design and planning. After four years of gaining work knowledge, Kirya started Design Evolutions Inc., GA as a result of that experience. It has been over two decades and we are still producing quality stock plans and custom home designs. We look forward to producing design work many more years into the future.
