From the foyer, there’s a sweeping view of the formal dining and family room. Kirya J. Duncan is the principal Building Designer and founder of Design Evolutions Inc., GA. A native of Natchez, Mississippi where he graduated from North Natchez High School in 1989. After high school, Kirya attended Hinds Community College, in Raymond Mississippi. There, he studied Architectural Drafting and Design Technology at Hinds Community College, in Raymond Mississippi. The following year, Kirya transferred to the University of Southern Mississippi (Hattiesburg, MS) and majored in Architectural Engineering. In August of 1995, Kirya moved to Atlanta, Georgia. He worked in the residential design field for nearly four years. During that time, he worked on custom homes for clients that included fortune 500 company executives, music entertainers (Kelly Price, Rozonda “Chilli” Thomas) and pro athletes. Kirya has over 20 years of experience in the field of residential design and planning. After four years of gaining work knowledge, Kirya started Design Evolutions Inc., GA as a result of that experience. It has been over two decades and we are still producing quality stock plans and custom home designs. We look forward to producing design work many more years into the future.
