Our Oakley house plan is a classic American Bungalow style home. It is a narrow home design at thirty five feet wide, but it has plenty of room for the whole family. This design is perfect for an infill home in established historic areas or in the suburbs. The Oakley has two floors of living space with 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, and 1 half bath.
OAKLEY HOUSE PLAN FIRST FLOOR
The front of the bungalow style home has a covered porch that stretches the entire width of the house. This is an inviting feature for guest and neighbors. The first floor of the Oakley is designed to be open, yet free flowing. Upon entry you will land in a great room of sorts, which encompass the family and dining rooms. It features a fireplace and has over 460 square feet off space. Beyond this grand room you will find the kitchen located at the back of the home. It features and island with seating for 3 to 4 and overlook the dining and family area.
The master bedroom is also on the first floor. It covers the left half of the floor plan and has a private master bedroom and large walk-in closet. Adjacent to the kitchen is a walk-in pantry, powder room, and laundry room.
OAKLEY SECOND FLOOR PLAN
Access to the second floor is available off of the kitchen. On this floor there are three secondary bedrooms. Bedroom number two has a walk-in closet and a private bathroom. Bedroom number three also has a walk-in closet, but it shares access to a hall bathroom with bedroom number four. Multiple accesses to the attic provide ample storage space.
The Oakley house plan is a great choice for a narrow lot property. This bungalow styled home can function well as an infill house in just about any established neighborhood of historic character.
