Before entering the Walton home plan, you can’t help but to notice the inviting front porch. It’s perfect for those summer evenings and lemonade. As you enter the home, you’ll greeted with a formal dining room left of the foyer. It is defined by cased openings off of the foyer and family room. Just opposite of the dining space is access to bedrooms 2 and 3 which shares a hall bathroom. Additionally, each room has a sizable walk-in closet to hold a expansive wardrobe. Beyond the foyer is the family room with a fireplace on the rear wall. A ceiling that vaults to an eleven foot give the room a feeling of being much larger.
The master bedroom of the Walton house plan is accessible just beyond the foyer. A hall provides private entry to a Master suite with a double tray ceiling. The space includes on en suite bathroom which features a separate tub and shower. Moreover, there’s a large walk-in closet to complete the space.
The kitchen abuts to the left wall of the family space. It has a center island with a sink that overlook a sizable breakfast room. This area is brightly lit with the twin windows that are centered on the island in the kitchen. A keeping room, just off of both rooms, make this space in the Walton house plan even more family friendly.

Kirya J. Duncan is the principal Building Designer and founder of Design Evolutions Inc., GA. A native of Natchez, Mississippi where he graduated from North Natchez High School in 1989. After high school, Kirya attended Hinds Community College, in Raymond Mississippi. There, he studied Architectural Drafting and Design Technology at Hinds Community College, in Raymond Mississippi. The following year, Kirya transferred to the University of Southern Mississippi (Hattiesburg, MS) and majored in Architectural Engineering. In August of 1995, Kirya moved to Atlanta, Georgia. He worked in the residential design field for nearly four years. During that time, he worked on custom homes for clients that included fortune 500 company executives, music entertainers (Kelly Price, Rozonda “Chilli” Thomas) and pro athletes. Kirya has over 20 years of experience in the field of residential design and planning. After four years of gaining work knowledge, Kirya started Design Evolutions Inc., GA as a result of that experience. It has been over two decades and we are still producing quality stock plans and custom home designs. We look forward to producing design work many more years into the future.
