Rustic Ranch Home
This very livable home was designed for several profiles of customer as we have found that folks from 25 to 70 years of age have enjoyed this plan. The volumes of space and open concept living of this home allow the client to live and entertain without having a much larger home. The comfortable layout has allowed our clients to build this home in many locations around our country. Ease of living and maintenance for this plan is evident immediately when reviewing the layout, and the rear covered porch is just added space for many hours of entertainment and outdoor living. Some of the folks that have built this home have also taken the back porch and screened in the area for more protection from the "bugs". A very easy adaptation to be sure.
