AFFORDABLE CHALET WITH WALKOUT UNFINISHED BASEMENT
Designed at the turn of the millennium and in answer to the expectations of an ever growing clientele, this four season style house suggests many interesting elements on the outside as much as inside. Let’s examine it more closely!
Outside on the main level, a gallery spread over two facades ties together the front and rear of the house and join together with an arbour in order to be able to enjoy meals sheltered from the elements. As well, an exit from the basement and located just below this arbour allows for the possibility of a sheltered patio space at that level.
Inside, we are pleasantly surprised as we enter into an open activities center, bathed in light and benefiting from a 9 foot ceiling and over the entire main level. We appreciate a kitchen with central island and triple window at the sink, a dining room and a living room with an angled layout for a dynamic but not so common interior, a master bedroom with walk-in closet and a discreet access to an adjoining bathroom with corner bath and corner shower, and double glass doors allowing a view on the panorama through the dining room.
For interested parties, model 3930 proposes a complete design of the main level and basement level in a slightly enlarged format.

OPTION 1: PDF file format - original plan size: 18"x24" or 24"x36"
The "PDF file format - original plan size" is an electronic document identical as the construction blueprint set and it cannot be opened in design softwares (such as AutoCad) but only through ADOBE ACROBAT.
The house plan is provided on its original size which is either 18" x 24" or 24" x 36", depending on the size of the house. It comes with a license allowing you to modify the chosen house, to build only *one (1) house from it, and to print as much as fifteen (15) copies of your plan for your personnal use!
Please note that the purchase of a PDF file format (original plan size) or CAD file format is necessary before any individual, designer, architect, engineer or agency can make any change to a design from the Drummond House Plans' collection. The purchase of a full set of blueprints is necessary to acquire the "PDF file format - smaller plan size", since this plan option doesn't allow you to build your home from it. It can only be opened through ADOBE ACROBAT.
CAD File Format
The CAD file format is the electronic version of a house plan that contains all of the same information as a construction blueprint set. It can be opened in most professional design programs such as AutoCad, allowing you to modify the chosen house. It comes with a license allowing you to build only *one (1) house.
