The construction sector demands meticulous planning, especially when selecting roofing materials for building design. This project centers on the design of a modern, single-unit residential house, with the primary research problem focused on identifying the most suitable roofing materials to ensure optimal durability.
This modern house features numerous bedrooms and specialized rooms, including a gaming room, cinema room, and a luxurious SPA zone complete with a pool, sauna, and jacuzzi.
To address the project requirements, a comprehensive construction plan was developed, incorporating various planning and structural solutions. The project involved a comparative analysis of potential methods, the selection of building materials, the calculation of the covering slab structure, and the determination of the technology for covering installation. Additionally, criteria for construction organization were established, and the project's costs were justified.
After a multi-criteria evaluation of roofing options, the bituminous roofing material Technoelast Standard EKP was determined to be the best solution for this residential house.
