The Saluda Perch plan is an elevated design ideal for coastal areas with ground floor entry into the media tower. This unique plan boasts vaulted ceilings throughout the open living area, featuring a large master suite and an open kitchen/dining/living area with access to a beautiful outdoor living room complete with a fireplace. Downstairs there are also three additional guest bedrooms with two full baths and a study. Up the stair hall, there is a media room at the top of the tower that is a great standout feature of this plan. The Saluda Perch and Pawley's Perch share the same floor plan, but the Saluda features a hip roof instead of a gable roof on the front facade.
