This house plan is born from a very clear idea: to live within the landscape without sacrificing the privacy of the home. The house is conceived as a horizontal, lightweight piece that rests on the ground rather than imposing itself on it, creating a respectful relationship with the natural surroundings.

The project is organized around a simple yet powerful concept: separating functions while visually connecting them. One side accommodates the more private areas, while the other develops the social spaces. Between them, a central core organizes circulation and acts as the main connector of the whole.

One of the defining features of this home is its full openness to the outdoors. Floor-to-ceiling windows not only allow natural light to flow in throughout the day, but also visually integrate the interior with the forest, giving every space a direct connection to the landscape.

The kitchen and dining area are designed as a compact yet highly functional space, where lighting plays a key role: focused fixtures over the table and countertop create a warm, everyday atmosphere. At the same time, the living area is conceived as a place to unwind, with long views and a more relaxed ambiance.

Another standout aspect is the flexibility of the construction system. The modular design allows the house to adapt to different building technologies while maintaining its core essence: efficiency, spatial clarity, and resource optimization.

In summary, this plan is not meant to be just another house, but an experience:

a home where the boundary between indoors and outdoors fades, and where every space is designed to inhabit the landscape in a simple, honest, and contemporary way.
