One of our modern Designs of a house.
Exterior:
Predominantly light beige/off-white and dark gray tones are used in the facade. A striking feature is the use of dark gray/black linear lighting accents along the edges of the roof overhangs, balconies and horizontal bands on the facade giving a contemporary flair.
The architectural design is angular and geometric with a prominent roofline that extends slightly over the rectangular structure.
The lower section of the building features a dark gray patterned wall feature spanning the front of the structure. a 1 car size garage, and a small garden.
Interior:
the house has 2 story plan, floor plan has 1 bedroom, 1 bath, guestroom, kitchen, and a hallway. On the other hand the first floor has a 2 bedroom, 1 bath, a hallway, and laundry room.
