This house plan was name after my daughter Natalia. This is because she is my inspiration to continue doing what I love the most wich is to provide the best memory-making house designs to everyone. This house provides to our clients a warm feeling of welcoming to a place they can call home. Its brick and stone facade provides character of solidity, rustic and nature conection to earth elements. While its interiors provide with a stress-free zone in the living, kitchen & dining that invites all the three main public areas to interact to each other while contemplating the potential of the Accent Wall. These three maing public areas deliver different views to the accent wall, the outdoors and the cabinetry. Its two main guest bedrooms are good size rooms each with their own closet and views out the windows. While the Master Bedroom is great for relaxation and comfort due to its dimensions. The Master Bathroom is composed of a 6 ft. vanity space with the potential to house a double sink or become a vanity space for her. Two obscure vertical windows provide natural daylight into the space while helping on saving on the energy comsumption. The Walk In Shower is best for space and comfort while taking a shower enjoying the rain shower head above. The Master Walk In Closet was thought out and designed for couples where the best outfits can be stored and use for that special anniversary date. As we exit through the sliding glass doors to the rear patio, we will find ourselves beneath a good size Covered Patio. This space was also though to work as a stress-free zone where the best barbecues with the family/friends will make that bond stronger and memory-maker. Lastly, this is a two car garage house with a Storage Space next to the pantry and the guest bathroom for those tools normally used to fix the car or mowing. In summary, this house responds to many issues that home owners have daily with the spaces that are not found typically in a house.
