This house plan was designed between me and my wife it took us 5 years of going back and forth of what we wanted and how to set it up to be functional with kids and when they move out. we have been in this house for 8 years now and love every minute of it. the added feature that is not on the print is the covered patio is also basement storage, so it a nice added protection from bad weather like tornados.
