Lucas Design Studio
I’m Lucas from the Netherlands, born into a family where architecture is more than a profession — it’s part of our identity. Since 1966, my grandfather and father have run our family architectural firm in Limburg, in the south of the Netherlands. Today, I work alongside them, continuing a tradition built on craftsmanship, creativity, and personal connection with clients. Our office is located in an old castle farm full of history and character. Growing up around architecture taught me that great design is not just about buildings — it’s about creating spaces that make people feel something. Dutch architecture is known worldwide for its clean lines, smart functionality, luxury details, and innovative thinking, and that is the style I want to help bring into the future. Working in an architectural office in the 21st century also makes me realize how much the world is changing. Technology allows us to work internationally, connect with new people, and share ideas far beyond our own country. Through Plan Tribe, I want to combine our family’s experience with modern technology to bring our drawings, ideas, and modern Dutch style to clients all over the world!
