This house plan was requested by a home developer to be his primary residence. 

Adhering to the prescribed plan and obtaining the city construction permit, the developer successfully sold the entire project to a family searching in that specific area. The new owners, aiming to meet their requirements, made modifications, adding a fourth bedroom and two bathrooms on the second level. The original design intention, which featured separate entrances to the basement at the back and side of the house, proved effective.

Subject to local regulations, , the basement of this residence can easily be converted into an independent suite with a secondary address, offering the opportunity for separate rental.
