A unique waterfowl, the Long-Tailed duck breeds in the Arctic and winters along both coasts of North America. Most of its time is spent underwater and it therefore requires a low physical profile to maintain efficiency in swimming.
The Long Tail by MossCreek is designed in a similar manner. To maximize efficiency on a sloping lot, the Long Tail is designed as a main and lower level home. The resulting low profile of the front elevation gives the home a nice cottage style appearance. The main level features an expansive Great Room / Dining / Kitchen area, with the Dining Room set into its own special area. A unique exterior door leads to a Mud Room and Laundry area for entering after a day of great outdoor fun.
