Westcliffe Mini Home.
This home does not fit in the tiny home category, but it is on the small side. So if you have a small lot, or do not need a lot of extra space, but want something a little bigger than 400sq ft, then this is the home for you. It has a vaulted ceiling over the main room that gives it a nice cabin look, especially if Tongue and Groove is used for the ceiling. Another nice touch that can be added is a ridge beam running down the center. Depending on the area you live in, a mini split works well for heating and cooling. It is also designed to have a small, wood or propane stove in the corner of the living room, to provide a source of backup heat. The crawlspace is designed to be deep enough to allow a pressure tank and water heater to be installed down below. These plans might need engineered to get proper code compliance for your area.

Cross-section details
These drawings are vertical cutaways views of your home detailing important relationships from one floor level to another, including changes in ceiling and roof heights.
