This home was designed, engineered, permitted and built on an island in the PNW of the United States. It has been designed to maximize natural light and ventilation with how the windows have been located and show have the main living area oriented towards where the predominant sun comes in. The home is an efficient size and can be built as a beautiful main residence or even as an Accessory Dwelling Unit. With high cathedral ceilings the interior spaces feel large and spacious without making a person feel small.
