I was tasked to design a Treehouse for a local builder. The codes didn't allow a "Real" treehouse to be constructed and used as an overnight rental so we had to design a steel frame base in order to place the treehouse on. We wanted it to look as realistic as possible so the base of the structure was made to look like a tree trunk with branches coming out. This was accomplished by using mesh and spray concrete and textured. The plumbing and electrical run up through the tree trunk and there is a door at the rear of the trunk in order to access this.

These drawings are vertical cutaways views of your home detailing important relationships from one floor level to another, including changes in ceiling and roof heights.
