This ranch style design was created with the taste of Texas in mind. This design originated from a simple shed like structure to what it is now. The original design was meant to be a temporary living quarter while the client had their actual house built. This is when Bardominium's were starting to become popular. While in the design phase of the project I recognized the great potential this particular design had into being something other than a temporary shed like living quarters. The style was much different but the wrap around and the roof design was the same and that sparked my interest into adding more detail & and playing around with colors. The wrap around porch stopped about 10' around the sides. I extended the roof line all the way back creating a partial covered parking at the garage doors which added to the look,  I added the trim, stone added more living plus a second floor and the design came to life.

 This house design has a large wrap around porch, family room 9' ceilings with exposed wood beams, nice size kitchen, electric stone fireplace in family and wood burning with stone fireplace in master bedroom, nice size master bedroom with 9' ceiling and exposed beams, upper 2 rooms open vaulted ceiling with exposed beams, 4 car garage parking, equipment storage garage and covered RV parking port in rear.
