The house is a single-story, modern wooden structure with a dark timber exterior and simple, low-pitched rooflines. Its L-shaped layout wraps around a landscaped garden and pool, with large floor-to-ceiling windows connecting the interior to the outdoors. The design is understated, using clean lines, and the build focuses on low costs and energy efficiency.
Inside, the home centers around an open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area with potentially exposed wooden beams. From this space, the layout branches into a master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, two smaller bedrooms, and a bathroom. Other spaces include a study, and a garage with a basement below, a half bath and plenty of storage space.
